Boarding Information
It is our mission to provide top quality comfort and service to the cats and peace of mind to the owner.
Check in:
- Proof of current vaccinations and a negative feline leukemia test are required at check in.
- Let us know of any special needs of your kitty
- High quality cat food is included in your boarding fees but please bring food if your cat has special dietary needs.
- Fleas or parasites not welcome!!! If found, we will treat your cat to eliminate them and you will be charged for the treatment.
- We will administer certain medications at a nominal charge. Please provide written instructions and bring medications in the original container.
- We provide everything your cat needs to be comfortable; however, you may bring toys, blankets, beds, etc.
- All cats should arrive in a carrier or on a leash. You are responsible for the safe delivery of your pet into and out of our facility.
- If multiple cats in the same condo cannot get along, they will be separated and you will be charged accordingly.
- Check-out time is during business hours only. Sunday releases are by appointment only.
- No cats will be released or received on Holidays.
- Charges are due and payable at the time you pick up your pet

8:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Saturdays
Check-Out Time:
During business hours only. Sundays by appointment
Why are we closed part of the day?
If you were on vacation, you would not be able to relax with people walking in and out of your hotel room all day long. Most cats are the same way. Our #1 priority is to the cats' comfort, and we try to limit their stress as much as possible. We also use this time to spend with the cat one-on-one playing, brushing, etc
